FOX News suggests Syria may be sign of Second Coming

Do these people actually listen to themselves saying this stuff?

See what's happening in Syria. It's all right there in the Bible. And, according to FOX News, it could be a harbinger of the second coming. As part of this assumption, FOX anchor, Neil Cavuto, brings on a biblical scholar who explains the uncanny similarity between the events in Syria and prophecies from more than 2700 years ago. The scholar, a guy named Joel Rosenberg, and the discussion delves into "end times" prophecies, what has come to pass, what hasn't, and what likelihood there might be that the conflict in Syria signals the long-awaited apocalypse.

I kept waiting for one of the two men to break out in laughter because, for me at least, it would be hard to keep a straight face while saying all this. This implies that they are probably serious which I find amazing; more amazing than any of the purported truths and predictions in the Bible. How could two grown men, presumably well-educated, actually believe what they are saying? Do they hear themselves talk? Do they watch the video afterwards and think about how crazy it all sounds?

"It's in there," Cavuto states. "It's worth a read."

Really? Just 'wow'. Watch the video and tell me whether you can hear stifled giggles anywhere in there.
