The question of agnosticism

From time to time, someone will bring up the argument that if atheists really kept an open mind, they would be agnostics rather than atheists. Atheism, they claim, is an almost religious position in that it's just as fundamentalist a position as any devout religious person. I'll deal with why suggesting that atheism is religious in any way at some other time. In fact, I'm pretty sure I've dealt with it before, but let's look at this question of agnosticism.

I'll keep it simple.
